Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your seed order within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods such as seasonal sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Should there be any significant delay, we will notify you promptly via email.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
We collaborate with trusted shipping carriers to provide reliable delivery services. Typically, your order will arrive within 4 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier schedules. Please note these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as weather disruptions or peak shipping volumes.
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
3. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.
Please note we do not ship to U.S. territories or P.O. Box addresses at this time. We are continuously exploring options to expand our shipping areas in the future.

Orders under $50 USD incur a flat shipping fee of $9.99 USD.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Occasionally, we offer special shipping promotions during sales events, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
5. Possible Shipping Delays and Liability
While we aim to fulfill all orders within the stated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or logistical bottlenecks during busy seasons.
Jdands Furniture is not liable for such carrier-related delays but remains committed to assisting customers by providing tracking information and liaising with shipping providers to resolve delivery concerns.

Your seeds are carefully packed using protective materials designed to prevent damage and preserve seed quality throughout transit. We take great care to ensure your order arrives intact and ready for planting.
7. Reporting Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luckysou@pacharootss.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the package and contents to help us assess the issue promptly.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment or provide another appropriate resolution, consistent with our return and exchange policies.
