At Jdands Furniture, we strive to provide you with high-quality seeds that meet your expectations. Should you encounter any problems with your order, our exchange policy is designed to make the process straightforward and fair.

When Are Exchanges Available?

We accept exchange requests in the following situations:

  • Seeds arrive damaged or compromised during shipping.

  • You receive the wrong seed variety or incorrect quantity.

  • Seeds are defective or unusable upon arrival, provided the issue is not due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

When Exchanges Are Not Possible

Exchanges cannot be processed for:

  • Personal preferences such as change of mind, or dissatisfaction with seed color, size, or growth results.

  • Germination failures caused by planting errors, unsuitable soil, watering issues, or adverse climate conditions.

  • Requests submitted more than 15 days after the delivery date.

  • Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us Quickly
    Please email us at luckysou@pacharootss.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the problem, and clear photos of the seeds and their original packaging.

  2. Review Process
    Our customer service team will assess your request and respond within 1 business day to confirm if your order qualifies for an exchange.

  3. Return Instructions
    If a return is necessary, we will supply you with the return address and guidelines. All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe transit.

  4. Replacement Shipment
    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned seeds, we will dispatch your replacement within 2 business days, including tracking details for your convenience.

Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

  • If the exchange results from our error (wrong item, damaged seeds), Jdands Furniture will cover all related shipping fees.

  • For exchanges approved due to other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping and the cost of reshipping the replacement seeds.

Important Packaging Guidelines

To ensure a smooth exchange process:

  • Retain the original packaging, as it protects the seeds during return transit.

  • Seeds returned in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging may result in denial of the exchange request.
