Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund within 15 days after receiving your seeds, provided that:

Seeds are unopened, unused, and remain in their original packaging.

Packaging is intact and undamaged.

The seeds are not custom orders or marked as final sale items.

Seeds have not been damaged due to improper storage or mishandling after delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day to confirm your eligibility and provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.
Return Shipping Instructions
If a return is approved, please:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product or shipping error by Jdands Furniture.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned seeds, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Refundable & Exclusions

Seeds that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for a refund.

Custom or final sale items are non-refundable.

Requests made after 15 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Exchanges & Replacements
If you received the wrong seeds or damaged goods, please contact us immediately at luckysou@pacharootss.com. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund if replacement is not possible.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped or a tracking number has been provided, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
